Asparagus with Goat Cheese

  • Yield: 6 servings


  • 1-1/2 lbs.  fresh asparagus 
  • 1/2 c. walnut pieces 
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 ounces goat cheese


  • Trim the fresh asparagus. Melt the butter in a medium size sauté pan and add the asparagus and walnuts. Sauté for 1 minute. Place in serving dish and crumble goat cheese on top. Season with salt and 4-color pepper.
