Yield: 3-5 servings
pkg. Parmesan cheese
c. shredded Mozarella cheese
tbsp. olive oil
Pinch Italian seasonings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter, add olive oil, salt, and seasoning.
Shred Parmesan and/or Asiago cheeses and set aside.
Cut biscuits into 1/4 pieces and set aside.
In a medium sized bowl, mix melted butter mixture, biscuits, and mozzarella cheese.
Add in 1/4 - 1/2 C. Fresh grated Parmesan and Asiago cheeses and mix thoroughly. Add more seasoning if desired.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, and then additional time if the middle does not look completely baked. Cover in foil and add 5 minute increments until center is fully done.
Serve with a side of red sauce, and relax as your guests enjoy this tasty, cheesy dish!
