Greek Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts, thawed
  • 1/2 pkg. bacon
  • 8 slices white Cheddar cheese
  • Greek seasoning
  • Dash white table wine


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook the bacon in a skillet until it is halfway cooked. Set aside. Place chicken breasts in glass baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray. Pour a splash of wine onto the chicken. Add Greek seasoning on the top and bottom of each breast. Cover dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and place 2 cheese slices on top of each chicken. Wrap 2 strips of bacon around each breast, over cheese. Place chicken back into oven for approximately 10 minutes uncovered.
