Loaded Grilled Cheese Sandwich

  • 1 tbsp. butter, softened
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 slice Cheddar cheese
  • 3 ounces sliced ham
  • 1/4 c. crushed pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons bacon bits
  • black pepper


  • Butter one side of each bread slice, and place a slice buttered-side down in fry pan. Add cheddar cheese, ham, crushed pineapple, bacon bits, and pepper. Top with other bread slice and grill over medium heat, turning once until both sides are golden brown.
