Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla

  • 2 soft shell tortillas
  • grilled chicken, chopped
  • bacon, crumbled
  • fontinella cheese, shredded
  • ranch dressing


  • Prepare all ingredients: cook bacon, grill chicken, and shred cheese.
  • Lay one tortilla out, and cover with cheese. Sprinkle chicken and bacon on top of cheese, then top with another tortilla.
  • Place quesadilla on skillet over medium heat, and slowly heat quesadilla until the cheese is melted. Cut into quarters and serve with a side of ranch dressing.
