Yield: 8-10 toasts
fresh figs, sliced
prosciutto, thinly sliced
loaf Italian bread, sliced
On a hot skillet, add some unsalted butter to melt. Add the slices of bread topped with a couple of tablespoons of Gorgonzola Cheese. If needed, turn the heat to low and cover for a minute so that the cheese melts slightly. Remove toasts from pan then add prosciutto, slices of fresh figs, and top with arugula and a drizzle of honey.
