Avocado and Feta Dip

  • 1/2 c. feta cheese
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 avocados, peeled and sliced
  • squeeze of lime juice


  • Dump all the ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth. For a chunkier dip, leave out the water.
  • Author's Notes:

  • -Add chopped onions, jalapenos, garlic, and/or cilantro to the dip, if desired. -Suggests using Nikos® Peppercorn Feta Cheese.
