c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
c. slivered almonds, toasted
c. real bacon bits
c. green onions, chopped
c. sour cream
egg whites, beaten
Preheat the broiler to broil.
Combine the cheeses, nuts, bacon, mayonnaise, onions, and sour cream; mix well. Fold in the egg whites. Spread the mixture on bagel halves. Place bagels on baking sheet and broil until bubbly, about 3 minutes.
