Gorgonzola Cheese Balls

  • Yield: 4 10-ounce balls


  • 4 pkgs. cream cheese (32 oz.)
  • 2 cups gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • Sour cream or mayonnaise, as needed
  • 2/3 c. sliced almonds


  • Mix cream cheese and gorgonzola cheese crumbles together. Add sour cream or mayonnaise as needed to make it smoother and easier to spread. Chill, divide into four 10 ounce balls and roll in sliced almonds.
